This past weekend, 7 and 8 November, in the Christian Center Word of Life in Osijek, a 4th Annual Conference was held, this time under a title “Behold I make things new.” Apostle Damir Šićko Alić and Evangelist Bengt Wendemalm ministered through anointed and largely encouraging messages – regarding break-through and boundaries in breaking through, and of persistent prayer, of revival atmosphere and blessings.
Through his authentic style of preaching, very animated and often funny, Wendemalm put forth serious subjects, such as prayer, faith, obedience, sensitivity to the Spirit and various testimonies and personal experiences. On the other hand, Apostle Šićko spread a sharp and clear message, through which the Spirit testified to many, and in return many have stretched out towards the Lord, repented and accepted deliverance from negative relationships and negative emotional charge. Amongst others, such deliverance is a prerequisite for breaking through in the personal life of believers. Furthermore, Apostle showed through Word of God that virtues of obedience and humility are necessary in life under open heavens.
Evangelist Bengt and Apostle Šićko laid hands on those gathered, and many received healing, deliverance, some even received specific calls for prayer (such as for those who participated in witchcraft, and for women who had abortion, and for destroyed and dysfunctional families), and some people received the gift of salvation, which is a great joy to us. Thus, praise the Lord for all He has done, and for what He does amongst us, and for what He has just begun!
